Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Inspired Lux jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Returned with the original packaging and tags

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items marked as Final Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at angelray1214@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at angelray1214@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
